An Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus,
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.

Episode #11- December 21, 2020: Saying& Accepting No with Grace
Monday Dec 21, 2020
Monday Dec 21, 2020
First we would like to apologize for some of the muffled voices. When we recorded this episode only my computer mic was picking any of us up. We did not discover the issue until much later. We hope you can still enjoy this episode and find something that connects with you.
In this episode, we discuss how saying no, and accepting when others tell us no, might be difficult at times but it is important for us to do so gracefully. We also discuss the importance of us discerning why we are saying no and the difference between self-care and soul-care.
Since we recorded this episode several of us personally have had to say no to family gatherings this holiday season. It has been very hard on us but it has helped to discuss them with each other. If you are struggling with this know we are with you and are praying for you. Also, know that that you can always comment here, on any of our social media pages, or email us, coffeeandcatholics@gmail.com , if you need someone to hear your story as well.
We pray you have a Blessed ending to you Advent, a Joyful Christmas, and a Happy New Year!
